Monthly subscription or pay-as-you-go: how to choose?
agconnect adapts to your activity volume. Two models coexist—here's how to find your way in 30 seconds.
Subscription plan
You pay a monthly fee proportional to your portfolio of structures, plus a cost per meeting held. The higher your volume, the lower the unit cost per AG. This plan requires a 12-month commitment.
Ideal for
Structures with a large portfolio and a high number of AGs per year.
No-commitment plan
You pay only for each meeting held, with no monthly fee. All modes are available. More flexible, this model suits organizations starting out or whose volume does not yet justify a subscription.
Ideal for
Self-managed structures, with a low volume of AGs, or to try agconnect for a first AG.

Why doesn't agconnect publish its prices online?
A single pricing would not be fair: it would be too high for a small structure and insufficient for a group managing 300. Our model automatically adjusts to your volume and way of operating — a personalized quote is always more transparent than a fixed public pricing grid.
What is the difference between the In-Person and Hybrid plans?
With the In-person plan, the monthly subscription covers your AG held in person, with no additional cost per meeting for the managed structure. If you wish to activate videoconferencing for an AG, it's possible on request, with per-meeting billing. With the Hybrid plan, all AGs — in-person, remote, or mixed — incur a cost per meeting on top of the subscription. In return, video access is permanent and unlimited.
Who pays what between the subscription and the cost per AG?
The monthly subscription is billed to the agconnect account holder. The cost per AG (when applicable depending on the plan) is chargeable to the managed structure — condominium association or equivalent entity — according to the resolutions approved by the meeting. This is common practice. Your quote will specify the exact terms.
Is the subscription binding? What happens if my portfolio changes?
Each plan includes pricing tiers linked to the number of structures registered on your account: your subscription is adjusted accordingly as your portfolio grows. If your videoconference usage exceeds a certain threshold, we switch you to the Hybrid plan: video access becomes permanent, at a preferred rate per AG included with this plan. This change is not reversible to the In-person plan. The exact terms are detailed in your commercial offer.
Is my management software compatible with agconnect?
agconnect offers API gateways with major market providers (NEOTEEM, ESTALE, LOBBY, ORISHA Real Estate, La Gestion Intégrale, SOGIS, etc.). More generally, any software capable of exporting in Excel is compatible. Gateway maintenance is included in the subscription.
How many users are included in each plan?
Subscription plans (In-Person and Hybrid) include 5 users. The No Commitment plan includes 3 users. Additional users can be added in packs of 5, upon request.
