Pay-as-you-go pricing

You pay a base module per meeting held, based on the number of participants. Additional services can be added à la carte: notice preparation, virtual support, in-person support.

Annual subscription

12-month commitment, exclusive to management companies. Monthly subscription based on number of associations, with meetings up to 24 participants included at no extra cost and fixed fee above.

Why doesn't agconnect publish its prices online?

The cost of a meeting varies depending on the number of participants, the services you need, and your annual volume. A personalized quote is always more accurate than a fixed public rate—that's why we prefer to respond directly with a proposal tailored to your reality.

What is the difference between the pay-as-you-go plan and the subscription?

With the pay-as-you-go plan, you pay a base module per meeting held, no commitment. It's the most flexible plan. The annual subscription is for management companies: you pay a monthly fee based on the number of associations managed, and meetings up to 24 participants are included at no extra cost. Beyond that, a fixed fee per meeting applies.

How does in-person support work?

An AG-Connector comes to your meeting location with all necessary equipment: 1 iPad for onsite signatures, sound system + 360° webcam, 1 MacBook for managing the meeting, and 1 wifi headset. The package covers a total of 5 hours—including travel (arrival 30 minutes before start), help with participant check-in (30 min), and voting support (2h30). This service is available Monday to Friday, 12pm–10pm. Please contact us to check availability based on your event's location.

What is the lead time to organize a meeting with agconnect?

In general, allow one week between receipt of your complete documents and sending the digital notice. If you need a shorter timeframe, a rush service is available—please check date availability directly with our team.
