- In B to B, we know that support is essential. That's why we offer a service that is always attentive and personalized to our customers.
- Each client benefits from remote training as well as assistance during your first meeting on AG-CONNECT in order to get to grips with our solution and feel confident in managing your AG.
- We also provide a free telephone hotline from Monday to Friday from 9am to midnight in France, from 9am to 10pm in Quebec (Canada) and optionally on weekends to accompany participants at each general meeting.
- Assistance services are also available on request (1 assistant at your AG, the assembly of your AG, ...).
