Meeting minutes pagination
Say goodbye to endless scrolling! From now on, meeting minutes will feature pagination at the bottom of each page, making it easier to navigate through documents. You'll be able to quickly access the sections that matter most to you.

Simplified information extraction
With just one click, you can now extract all the information from your general meetings. This new button allows you to quickly retrieve the data you need, in record time.
Go to the "Meetings" tab, then click on the "Export list (Excel)" button, where you'll find all the data from your general meetings (number of participants, numberof votes, meeting duration, and much more!)

Automatic quorum update
One of the most technical aspects of managing a general meeting is calculating the quorum. Good news! As soon as a manager removes a proxy, the quorum is automatically updated. No more manual calculations, everything is handled by agconnect.

Member participation mode
After the general meeting is validated, participants can now choose their participation mode: in person or remotely.

Merging Name and First Name fields
We've merged the "Name" and "First Name" fields into a single "Full Name" field.

Legal entity profiles
We're also adding a specific field for legal entities in participants' profiles. This will allow you to more easily manage legal entities that participate in your meetings.
