First, you should know that agconnect customer service is available throughout the duration of a GA. So if you have a connection, microphone or camera problem, the agconnect team is available by email and phone to assist you. The team is external to the event so as not to disrupt the smooth running of the GA. Note that this service is automatically included in all GAs organized with agconnect, agconnecteur or not (even without preparation service).

On the other hand, if you opt for the technical service option in the GA, the service provided specifically by the agconnector of this service goes even further: indeed, the agconnector is a person who is present physically or in dematerialized mode during the GA, depending on whether you are conducting a GA in dematerialized, in-person, or hybrid mode. The agconnector is a bit like the president's right arm in everything relating to technical assistance: he ensures that he actively applies all of his instructions to manually open the assembly, to take care of the voting process, documents, and the opening and closing of participants' videos/microphones. He is also there to take care of requests for duplication of resolutions, or even adjustments for requests for proxies.

In short, the agconnectors' service, which is also increasingly in demand in Quebec, reassures the Board of Directors and the President, in particular by taking administrative and technical tasks off of their shoulders during the GA, as well as reassuring older co-owners for whom the use of software is less innate, and who can have access to this valuable direct assistance throughout the GA.
